The unnamed Stratford resident purchased the winning ticket in Shelton at the Wheels gas station at 18 Old Stratford Road on Tuesday, March 19, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The Fortune $50 ticket offers players 40 chances to win per ticket, lottery officials said.
Prizes range from $50 to $4 million. The top prize is paid as a $4 million 20-year annuity or a one-time gross cash option of $3 million.
Lottery officials say there are still three jackpot prizes worth $4 million left as of March 19.
The overall odds of winning any prize in the game is 1 in 2.38.
Now all eyes are on the Saturday, March 23, Powerball game with $750,000,000 up for grabs.
